Coaching outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, income, performance, or transformation. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future outcomes.
Strategy calls are free. Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed at the time of enrollment. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation are described in that agreement.
Content on the Sites (text, graphics, videos, methodology including "Leadership Unleashed") is owned by Beyond The 12 and protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it without written permission.
You agree not to use the Sites in any way that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, or that interferes with another user's experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond The 12 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
